Togbe Aga Sameglo, has allegedly employed the services of land guards and also use force to enter people’s land, grade and illegally win sand, thereby creating clouds of fear and insecurity in the Akwamu area. His marauding goons-squad are also allegedly ready to spill the blood of anyone who dares question their presence on the land. As many times as Togbe Aga Sameglo has been arrested however, this paper gathered, calls come through for his release. The Nsawam police officers, for fear of sanctions, would not disclose the identity of the persons who always call for the release of the contractor. How come the Nsawam-Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly has not been able to halt the activities of this contractor and his land guards knowing very well of their illegality?
