Ghana’s best fast food company, Papaye Fast Foods, has been adjudged as the 38th best company of the year at the just ended Ghana Club 100 Awards ceremony held in Accra.
Papaye, as a company stood tall among other great companies that were nominated for that same position on the day.
The company was awarded over its great contributions towards the growth of Ghana’s economy for the 2018.
The Ghana Club 100 (GC100) is an annual compilation of the top 100 companies in Ghana to give due recognition to successful enterprise building and was launched in 1998 by the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC).
The GC100 is about corporate excellence. Companies making it into the GC100 are to serve as role models for the private sector and provide a forum for corporate Ghana to interact with the government at a high level.
Expressing her joy after the awards to journalists, the General Manager of Papaya Fast Foods, Ivyea Yankah, dedicated the awards to the company’s numerous customers, saying that their (the customers) made the company what it is today.
She was hopeful the award would go a long way to help the company which has hundreds of Ghanaian staff improved upon their operations for their numerous customers and Ghanaians at large.
“Without our customers papaya cannot be where it is today and we shall do what we can to maintain our standard” the General Manager stated.
Madam Yankah hinted the company is aiming to go digital and international, informing that adding that a branch would soon be outdoor at Haatso.
She underscored the need for their customers as well as the entire Ghanaian populace to depend on Papaye for best meal
