The front page story of The New Crusading Guide dated 22nd March, 2022 has been brought to the attention of the chief of Akufokrom/Kwafokrom, Nana Duodu Kwao II and we have his instructions to write to you to correct the wrong impression the story seeks to create and to avert the obvious malicious agenda of Kofi Anokye, the CEO of Koans Building Solution, Osofo Kwame Kwakye, Andreas Quarshie Tetteh and others.
We are instructed to bring to your attention, your audience and the general public that Nana Duodu Kwao II since he was enstooled as chief of Akufokrom/Kwafokrom, and gazetted accordingly, has industriously resisted the nefarious and treacherous activities of the said Kofi Anokye, CEO of Koans Building Solutions and his cohorts who have, over the years, unlawfully and illegally appropriated as well as trespassed on large tracts of land belonging to the family of Nana Duodu Kwao II at Akufokrom/Kwafokrom.
As a result, there are suits pending at the High Court – Nana Duodu Kwao II against Koans Building Solutions and Dark Ikes Company Limited, – wherein Nana Duodu Kwao II is seeking to claim back the wrongful and illegal acquisition of his family land by Kofi Anokye, CEO of Koans Building Solutions and Dark Ikes Company Limited.
Kofi Anokye of Koans Building Solutions and his cohort, have therefore staged and orchestrated the wrongful and fictitious destoolment of Nana Duodu Kwao II and have caused same to be published in your esteemed paper in order to serve their malicious wishes, and also seemingly aid their case pending at the High Court, Koforidua.
In your story, you referred to one Abusuapanyin Osae. Nana Duodu Kwao and the elders of Akufokrom/Kwafokrom will like to state for the record that that person referred to is called Osofo Kwame Kwakye and he is not Abusuapanyin as alleged or at all.
Please Nana Duodu Kwao II and his elders will like to bring to your attention and the general public that he has accordingly summoned the co-conspirators of Kofi Anokye, CEO of Koans Building Solutions, including the said Kwame Kwakye before the Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Council. (Please find attached a copy of the said summons)
Nana Duodu Kwao II is still the chief of Akufokrom/Kwafokrom. As such Nana Duodu Kwao II and the elders of Akufokrom/Kwafokrom therefore entreat the general public to disregard the false and malicious story of his destoolment orchestrated by Kofi Anokye, CEO of Koans Building Solutions, Kwame Kwakye and their cohorts.
