The Chief of Amamoley,in the Ga North Municipality in the Greater Accra Region, Nii Nii Commey II, has noted that the area can never attain achieve its developmental goal in the absence of unity among people within the community.
He noted that the only way Amamoley can boost of massive development is only when they continue to demonstrate love to each one another as a people.
The Traditional Leader noted that all the surrounding communities were developed as a result of the unity that existed among the inhabitants .
The Amamoley Chief made this known to journalist when the Wulomo of Sarkumono, Nuumo Ogbaame Ofite Osaa, performed a traditional rite for him at his Palace yesterday.
The traditional rite performed by the Sarkumono Wulomo for the Amamoley Chief was meant to honour the Amamoley Chief for his loyalty when it comes to the development of the area since his enstoolment.
The Amamoley Chief called on the people of the area to bury their various differences and rally behind him towards the total development of the community.
For his part, the Sarkumono Wulomo, Nuumo Ogbaame Ofite Osaa, noted that Amamoley has witnessed a massive development under the able leadership of Nii Commey.
He underscored the need for the good people of the area to bury their various differences and rally behind the Chief for the total development of Amamoley.
He assured that he would do his best to support the Chief and the people of Amamoley for development.
“Amamoley is an Asere Village, and was founded by the people of Sakumo Tsoshishi- Accra by the great Numo Commey since time immemorial” he disclosed.
He prayed that peace continue to prevail in Amamoley to pave way for development.
The Wulomo charged Nii Commey to ensure all chieftaincy disputes are addressed for the betterment of the area.
