A staunch member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Samuel Asare Brew, has been fully endorsed by electorates to be considered by the President as the next District Chief Executive (DCE) for Amansie West District of the Ashanti Region.
Information gathered from the grounds indicate Mr Samuel Asare Brew has played a pivotal role in the lives of many apart from his political party over the years.
Some residents this paper spoke with said, as an elected Assembly Member for the Abore -Ebom Electoral Area in the Amansie West district, he has advocated for developmental projects in the area and has also supported many of his electorates which resulted in massive transformation of their lives.
Samuel Asare Brew, it is said, has also played major roles in the District Assembly including, Member District Security Committee, DISEC, Chairman for the Finance and Administration Committee from 2011 to 2015, member Audit Report Implementation Committee, Chairman for the Board of Survey, member PRCC from 2011 to date and a member of the Justice and Security Committee of the assembly.
At the political level within the constituency, Mr Samuel Asare Brew has served in the polling stations in various capacities over the years, which have made him the current constituency secretary since his election in 2018 to date.
He was the campaign team secretary in the 2020 general elections, and a 2nd vice chairman for the great elephant party from 2011 to 2013.
He has sponsored the Youth Wing and the Nasara wing – 20 programs in the 2020 elections amongst others.
As a staunch Christian and a member of the Church of Pentecost and very instrumental in church activities, Mr Asare Brew is the Presiding Elder / District Executive Committee member, the Church of Pentecost, Manso Atwere district, vice chairman Ashanti regional secretaries.
With all these being attained by Mr Samuel Asare Brew, the electorates see him as someone who can deliver through competency, credibility, and God fearing to make the Amansie West district one of the best in the whole country.
