A Philanthropist and Businessman Mr. Enock Nyarko on Friday 28th July submitted his NPP nomination forms to contest in Jaman North Constituency in the Bono Region for the upcoming NPP Parliamentary primaries for the orphan seat.
The colourful ceremony which attracted NPP faithful’s, sympathizers, members and even floating teamed up in their numbers to throw their unflinching support for Mr. Enock Nyarko to submit his parliamentary nomination forms to the constituency officers at the party office in Sampa. the district capital of Jaman North.
The constituency secretary Hon. Emmanuel Twene received the parliamentary nomination forms together with a cheque amount of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh 17,500 .00) on behalf of the constituency officers of the party in the Jaman north constituency.
The NPP Jaman North Constituency secretary after receiving both the parliamentary nomination forms and the cheque from Mr. Enock Nyarko expressed his profound gratitude and the entire constituency officers to the Philanthropist cum Businessman parliamentary hopeful and wished him very well as he continuously engaging NPP delegates to seek their support to give him the nod as the parliamentary candidate for NPP in Jaman North for 2024.
Hon. Emmanuel Twene also advised Mr. Enock Nyarko and his campaign team to stick to a very clean campaign devoid of insult, casting of insinuations and attacks on his other colleagues who are also contesting.
Mr. Enock Nyarko is a real indigene of Jaman North constituency, in the Bono region, his mother comes from Asuokor and the father hailing from Goka.
He had his Elementary Education in Asuokor and later proceeded to the Ashanti region to continue his Secondary and Tertiary Education.
A very staunch and active member of the ruling NPP Mr. Enock Nyarko has supported and resourced the NPP in the Jaman North constituency, including renting a building for the NPP in Jaman North to be used as an office for the constituency officers, funded party activities in the constituency amongst others.
The Jaman North NPP parliamentary hopeful also has a fully registered Non-Governmental Organization ( NGO ) known as Enock Nyarko Charity Foundation which has initiated a number of developmental projects including putting up of toilet facilities in some communities within Jaman North.
Mr. Enock Nyarko through his Charity Foundation has also supported most communities in kind and cash whenever he is invited to attend community programmes and other ceremonies.
Currently he is putting up a health facility at his hometown in Asuokor which when completed will address the health needs of the chiefs and good people of Asuokor and its surrounding communities.
In his brief remarks to the teeming Jaman North NPP faithful’s, sympathizers, members as well as floating voters, Mr. Enock Nyarko promised to run a very clean and decent campaign devoid of insults and attacks on his colleague parliamentary hopefuls who are also in the race with him.
He hinted that per his engagement with NPP delegates in the Jaman North which has been always very fruitful, he is very optimistic his message to the delegates has touched their heart and has the hope to be selected as the parliamentary candidate to wrestle the parliamentary seat from the NDC and represent the constituents in the next parliament in the year 2025.
