A Ghanaian born Ex-British Soldier, Richmond Kofi Duncan formally known as (Richmond Kofi Odonkor) has petitioned the Inspector General of Ghana Police (IGP) over threat on his life and some inhumane treatment meted out to him when United Kingdom security services discovered that he brought his sister (Sandra Antwi DOB 25/11/84; Passport No.H2302044) into the country as his wife when he left army.
Richmond narrated that when they discovered that they did not arrest him, even when he reported himself to the police station and said “I understand there is police alert on me, the police officer took his details to check his records and came and said “not at this time”, and they decided to utilize the gift of God upon his life first, to give the country a spiritual breakthrough and he also took the opportunity to report to IOPC of what the police, army, masonic, occult, ambulance service and some of the Hindus did to him after he gave the country a spiritual breakthrough.
According to him, he joined the British Army in May 2008 and served in the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment as an Infantry soldier before he was medically discharged for cold injury sustained in Afghanistan in 2012. He said, after his discharge he moved back to United Kingdom in 2014 as he was stationed in Germany.
Richmond decided to open a church and started making preparation towards it until his wife Elsie Oppong-Agyare (DOB 24/10/84, Passport No.) and his first born daughter Jodie Odonkor joined him from Ghana in March 2016 and got separated in November 2017 and divorce in March 2020, even when he solicited for mediation to bring the family home but the wife refuse to honor the invitation.
He narrated in his Petition that, his wife conceived her HIV status from him and gave birth to three children without telling him, but he never got infected with the virus which alerted the United Kingdom Wolverhampton freemasons, masonic, occult, ambulance service and some of the hindus to ran a spiritual breakthrough to accused him of infecting his wife and children with HIV, something his medical records proves otherwise.
Richmond narrated, he wrote to his GP to request all medical records of his wife and children but he was denied access to their medical records as the wife has to give her consent first. But all contacts to the wife had been lost. He recently visited her mother in law to ask about her daughter but he was told is been long she heard from her, said the mother.
According to Richmond Kofi Duncan, these people tried to inject him with the HIV virus and even today still trying to, to make it look like he gave the virus to her. They initiated him into occultism to destroy his life and God opened his eyes to see everything they did to him during the intiation process and delivered him.
It was through the initiation process he was told that her sister Sandra had gone to be with the Lord, which they made Richmond noble. He narrated how they use infrared beam to break the vein at the back of his right neck in his car which has cause a release of his head into neck and gives him stiffneck most of the time and placed their cobra animal into his head and tried to blind his vision. It is the security services who did this to him because whenever he climbed the hill (neck) it opens up the sky which is a gift upon his life, hence they were using vipers and ‘diposy’ to restrain his neck from climbing the hill.
Prior to the initiation Richmond narrated that he was at work somewhere August 2019, and all of a sudden his surroundings became very quiet and he heard a voice telling him they have killed Akos (Sandra), he nearely fainted and had to crab on to his office desk from falling. It was after this he started hearing conspiracy theory thought commentary being run to disturb his mind.
His demeanor changed from that time, until freemasons and the occult came to ran a spiritual breakthrough to asked Richmond, “who is Sandra to you”? And he answered “my sister and they said to him you have been made noble, report to the police”. The last time Richmond saw Sandra was in March 2018 and I notice that something was not right with her as I saw head had been bent toward her chest as if her neck had been broken.
It was the same freemasons and the occult who called Richmond to All Saint Church to tell him that his wife has committed suicide by murdering his children and herself. This was after God brought Her Majesty the Queen of England to accept Christ spiritually to turn the country right in it weather system when God gave Richmond a direction pay a tithe offering of £70 for the country and read Malachi 3:8-12 with his thought.
It was after the tithe offering Jesus Christ appeared to Richmond as a white bright light in the skies of UK to turn the country right in it weather system by turning dark and gloomy clouds into white clouds and blue sky. After they got what they wanted from me, they plan to eliminate me to cover up the things I have done for them and take the glory and even to the point of using someone to impersonate me which alerted American spies to come and verify my identity in Wolverhampton.
He stated in his complaint report to Independent Office for Police Conduct IOPC and West Midlands Police further investigation which he is yet to hear from them. But they told Richmond that, by the time they will finished their investigation Richmond will not recognize himself anymore” he stated. He has left the country because of the threat he has been receiving.
Richmond narrated how the police manipulate his mobile phone and vehicle inbuilt satnav whenever he is traveling to places they want him to go and clear the sky because his driving clears the sky by turning dark clouds into white clouds and causes an expanse of the sky.
He was visiting a friend in Southampton, and on his way his satnav was diverted in Northampton and went on a loop journey around Northampton until he switched off both his phone and car satnav off and use the road signs to get onto M1.
The sad thing I experienced on the M1 was that a police officer joined his head to my head and sound their siren into my head. The police vehicle I saw on the M1 was BMW estate which was some miles ahead of me. I exited the next junction to park on a nearby B-road to take some breath as he was exerting pressure on me. It at times affects my conscience which at times result in blur speech and thought communication.
He narrated having experience similar thing in Ghana where a security service personal smoke wee or use those ‘Okada’ motor riders to carry out their assignment wherever he is driving as some of them had been mandated to follow him and joined their head to his head to smell the wee and it normally happens when he is driving and he is getting closer to a police barrier. They also use the birds to do that.
He also said the UK security services has been erasing his memory all because of the “spiritual breakthrough God used him to accomplish for the country so that he will not remember what happened.
Richmond also stated in his Petition that he wanted to establish a Church in the UK but was kick against and harassed him from going to church and forcing him into occultism to use him for their occultism supi-supi rituals which is against his fundamental human rights of worship and violation of his sexual right.
Richmond is anointed man of God with divine impartation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Richmond was ordained into ministry by Apostle Sarpong of Faith Revival Ministry in Germany Paderborn before he moved back to UK. Richmond have written a comphrensive report on the issue with photographic evidence and video.
Richmond is the son of the right hand with the sun and the moon anointing being on him which he has used to give United Kingdom, USA, Germany and Ghana spiritual breakthrough to beautify these countries sky system.
Richmond narrated he wrote to the Prime Minister, Her Majesty the Queen, Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) and the Human Right advocacy about what the police and the army and some of the Hindus did to him without recourse to the law, by using spiritual and medical means to judge him.
In view of all these atrocities he suffered among others, Richmond Kofi Duncan has petitioned the IGP to use his office to petition the UK police, army, masonic, occult, ambulance service and doctors at Wolverhampton of these atrocities.
