The New Crusading GUIDE wishes to retract and apologize for a news report carried on it’s frontpage on 8th of July 2016 under the headline Military Officer Bullies Developer Over Land.
After a long protracted litigation in court over defamation claims by the Military Officer (Major Bamford) against this Paper, the court had no reason than to grant his (Major Bamford) claims because for whatever reason, consideration or motivation, the 1st Defendant(Richard Oppong) who happened to be the original source of information for the said publication denied giving any such information in open court.
The New Crusading GUIDE is therefore by this publication apologizing to Major Bamford as directed by the court for any inconveniences or damages that the publication may have caused to his reputation.
