Abdul Malik Kweku Baako, the Editor-in-chief of the New Crusading GUIDE newspaper, last Wednesday, 10 May, 2023, filed an Affidavit in opposition to a ‘MOTION ON NOTICE TO ADDUCE FRESH EVIDENCE ON APPEAL’ filed by the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, on 8 May, this year, in a defamation suit won by the former on 26 JUNE, 2020.
Meanwhile, judgment on the substantive Appeal and the Motion would is expected to be delivered on 1 JUNE, 2023.
