Our attention has been drawn to a publication titled “TDC Boss Courage Nunekpeku Implicated in Fresh Land Grabbing Scandal – Property Owner Drags Him To Police”, which appeared in our medium on 1st September 2025.
Upon further review and verification, we acknowledge that the said publication was wholly false, misleading, and without any factual basis. The allegations published against Mr. Courage Makafui Nunekpeku, Managing Director of TDC Ghana Limited, in relation to land transactions at Community 25 in the Kpone Katamanso District, were entirely unfounded and not supported by any evidence.
We hereby unreservedly retract the publication in its entirety and tender our sincere and unconditional apology to Mr. Nunekpeku for the serious harm, distress, and reputational damage this false story has caused him, his office, and his family.
We undertake that we shall never again publish any such allegations against Mr. Nunekpeku or TDC Ghana Limited without proper verification and substantiation. We also commit to strengthening our editorial checks and verification processes to prevent such lapses in the future.
