The queen mother of the Kwabenya Traditional area in Ga East Municipality of the Greater Accra Region, NaaKorkoiDugbatey I, is angry at the Chief of Kwabenya-Musuku, Nii Mensah Dzanyogo I and others, and has called on the deities of the land to deal with them drastically.
The queen mother has called on the spirit of the land to direct its anger at Kwabenya-Musuku Chief, and other members of the Nii Abbey Family, for describing her as an evil person.
The angry queen mother pleaded with the gods to ensure that her provocateurs are wiped from the surface of the earth to show them where power lies.
The queen mother’s action was against the backdrop of recent press conference by the Kwabenya-Musuku Chief and others, where they allegedly described her with unprintable words.
In her reaction, NaaDugbatey I, described them as evils who do not want the best for the area.
According to the Queen mother, the Musuku Chief was distooled about a year ago and therefore has no power to speak against any legitimate member of the Abbey We Family.
She declared her preparedness to deal with them with the last drop of her blood.
Naa Dugbatey I further called on the general public to disregard Musuku as a traditional leader of the area and rather called him by his Kwamina.
Meanwhile, when contacted, NiiDzanyogo I, described the curses by the queen mother as mere talk.
He further described the queen mother as a personality who was against the development of the Kwabenya community.
He stated that the Abbey We Family has never given the queen mother any permission to act on behalf of the family or even sell any land in the area.
He further hinted that the queen mother also had no right to enstool a chief in the area as she continued to go to media Houses to claim.
” Kwabenya as a town is lagging behind in terms of development due to the bad actions by Naa Dugbatey I” the chief stated.
