The newly re-appointed director general of Nadmo Honorable Eric Nana Agyemang Prempeh has called on Ghanaians to desist from politicizing issues relating to disaster management and disaster related activities at the swearing in exercise organized by the minister of interior honorable Ambrose Derry organized at the conference room of the ministry the minister the minister charged the board to continue to execute its mandate effectively in accordance to the act that established the organization.
The minister outdoors the governing council which is chaired by brigadier general retired Oppong Kyekyeku and Hon. Eric Nana Agyemang Prempeh as, the board has representation from the Ministry of health with Hon. Tina Mensah , Local Government ministry Hon. Osei Bonsu Amoah , foreign affairs Ministry Hon. Ampratum Sarpong ,finance ministry Hon. Abena Osei Asare and many others.
The Director general of Nadmo who on the sidelines speaking to Media men think this explains to the president for the confidence he reposed in him and further advised Ghanaian not to play politics with every disaster matter.
The reappointed DG of NADMO , is a former Presiding Member and District Chief Executive under the tenure of His Excellency John Kufour and has been Director General of NADMO since March 2017 .
