The burning exercise, carried out at the Klefe dumping site at about 10:30pm, was supervised by Circuit Court Registrar Moses Dzafni, State Attorney Joseph Opusomah, the Narcotics Control Commission’s Daniel John Pekyi, and the Environmental Protection Authority’s Emmanuel Mensah Gbekor.
Police, National Security officers, and media representatives also monitored the process.
The Regional Police Command thanked stakeholders for their support in the fight against drug-related crime.
