The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will be hosting a Youth Summit in Germany from 24th to 26th March at the beautiful German town of Saarbrucken.
The event, themed “Entrepreneurship for Nation Building – Opportunities and Challenges for the Diaspora Youth” is expected to bring together NPP bigwigs from across the globe to Germany.
According to the Germany Branch Youth Organiser of the Party, Mrs Ruth Lindenberger, the programme will help to build the capacity of young people in the diaspora and offer them the opportunity to network with people from all walks of life who have intentions to invest in Ghana.
“We believe the programme will offer participants the opportunity to identify investment opportunities in Ghana and create the right networks to help them take advantage of such opportunities”, Mrs Lindenberger opined.
She further mentioned that “programmes of this nature also instills in our young people the love for country”.
High-profiled individuals including the second lady, H.E. Samira Bawumia, Mr Kwabena Agyepong, Mr Anthony Abayefa Karbo, Mr Pious Ahadzide, amongst other dignitaries are expected to attend the programme.
The programme is being organised under the auspices of the National Youth Wing under the leadership of Mr Salaam Mustafa, the Party’s National Youth Organiser.
