Former Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West Constituency Nenyi George Andah has commission modern Merchandized Borehole for the people of Senya Bereku in the Central Region.
The project will help the people have access to potable drinking water.
George Andah also gave five television set to fishermen in Senya.
Addressing residents during the commissioning of the facility, George Andah also cautioned them to take advantage of the water to wash their hand frequently since covid-19 cases keeps on increasing.
According to him, though the people of Awutu Senya West Constituency voted against him in the just ended election but he will not neglect Awutu Senya from development.
In an interview George Andah said, he will still work hard with the little resources he has to support brilliant student in the constituency and support communities with developmental projects.
Some resident of Senya Bereku who resides closed to the water also commended George Andah for coming to their aid because at first, they need to walk for more than two hours before going to fetch water for household use.
In another development, George Andah also pledged to support brilliant but needy student with a scholarship package for them to continue their education to the highest level.
He also handed over scholarship package to 55 brilliant but needy tertiary student.
