Dr. Ben K. D. Asante is set to bring his tenure as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana National Gas Company (Ghana Gas) to and end after a dynamic and exemplary leadership in the last eight years.
Just ahead of his formal announcement to leave the Gas Company, there are already information out there suggesting that Dr. Ben Asante’s expertise in the oil and gas sector is being highly sort after by multinational companies in South Africa and Gabon.
The latest to have also popped up in the chase is Equitorial Guinea whom our sources indicate are almost close to securing some form of agreement with Dr. Asante
Dr. Asante is a renowned Oil and Gas Engineer and has more than twenty-five (25) years global experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
He was also elected onto the board of Global Gas Centre (GGC) at a General Assembly Meeting held in Egypt.
His election onto the board of the Center clearly shows the level of his expertise in the oil and gas sector and his good leadership as the CEO at Ghana gas as well.
