The revised cocoa producer price for the 2025/26 season will take effect from Friday, February 13, 2026, following an upward adjustment by authorities.
The new producer price has been set at GH¢41,392 per tonne and will apply to all cocoa purchases across the country for the remainder of the crop year.

Under the updated structure, farmers will receive GH¢1,241.76 for every 30kg load of Grade I and II cocoa beans at buying centres. The approved price per 64kg bag is GH¢2,587, with a tonne—equivalent to 16 bags—now earning the full GH¢41,392.
