The queen mother of Atuahenekrom in the Sunyani municipality of the Bono region, has descended heavily on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Sunyani, for allowing themselves to be influenced by someone to carry out unlawful demolition of her poultry farm project.
Nana Konadu, the Atuahenekrom queen mother is also accusing his own brother, one Prof. Kwaku Atuahene Gyima, the Proprietor of Noble International School in Accra, who is also, the chief of Atuahenekrom of mastermind behind the destruction of the poultry farm.
According to Nana Konadu, there has been a chieftaincy rift between herself and the brother which was resolved but her brother, who appears not satisfied with the resolution allegedly kept saying he would do all he could to make sure Nana Konadu suffers, hence the reasonable suspicion that he was behind the destruction of her poultry farm project.
Nana Konadu further emphasised that the demolition of her entire poultry farm project has affected her financial position as she finds it difficult to cater for her family.
The Atuahenekrom queen mother is by this appealing to the government through the Ministry of Environment Science Technology Innovations, to launch investigations into the circumstances that led to the authorities of the EPA in the Bono region to carry out the unlawful demolition of her poultry farm project.
