Chief Executive Officer, Excellence Grade Mineral Enterprise (EGME), Job Osei Tutu, is looking for strategic local and international partners involved in gold trading to transact business with.
“It’s about time strategic alliances are forged to take the bullion trading a notch higher,” he explained.
Mr. Osei, a Ghanaian entrepreneur who is into gold trading, indicated that partnership would help harness the humongous potential in the bullion trading industry and create a chain of benefits for Ghanaians in the small-scale mining sector.
“The underpinning principle of excellent Grade Mineral Enterprise is being an indigenous company with global outlook” adding that ” our operations starts right from the various mining sites across Ghana through to our refinery, after which we assay and buy at competitive price in a conducive, safe and clients friendly workspace,” Job Osei Tutu said.
He said this in an interview shortly after a meeting organized by Precious Mineral Marketing Company (PMMC), in Accra to engage license Gold dealers in Accra.
He indicated that the company works within the laws of Ghana including other international laws.
Mr. Osei – Tutu stated that his company has a vision to trade and promote gold and other precious minerals.
“Symbiotic partnership is very important to help attain market leadership and that brings enormous economic benefits to Ghana”, Mr. Osei Tutu further intimated, adding that, “Generally local insurance companies have difficulties insuring the precious mineral commodities due to the huge sum of money involved.”
He expressed worry about the delay in ensuring the gold for exportation, which affects their business negatively.
He also advised the general public and investors to deal with only authentic license holders from Precious Mineral Marketing Company, (PMMC).
