The chief of Bibiani and Kontihene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Council, Nana Ngoa Anyima Kodom II, has expressed his disappointment at the Member of Parliament (MP) for Bibiani-Anhwiaso- Bekwai constituency who also doubles as the Western North Regional Minister, Hon Kingsley Aboagye-Gyedu and his Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Alfred Amoah, for not according the chiefs in that area the needed respect.
He described the MP as “incompetent.”
According to Nana Ngoa II, the Regional Minister and his MCE have not even visited their palace since they got their appointment as the regional minister and MCE in the region, but they always use their properties (lands) for projects without recourse to the chiefs.
“The most painful aspect is that, these same people have organized land guides to destroy some cocoa farms belonging to neither our poor farmers in Kwamekrom a suburb in Bibiani community for Nursing Training school hostels without the notice of neither the chiefs nor the farmers,” he said.
Nana Ngoa II has therefore warning the MP and the MCE, to halt any other projects on their lands and that failures to do so would result in bloodshed since the community would not sit aloof for it to be taken for granted.
He also urged President Nana Akufo Addo to come in and call his men to order.
