The Mpraeso Constituency NPP Parliamentary candidate for the 2020 general elections, Mr. Davis Ansa Opoku, popularly referred to as OPK has submitted his nomination forms to the Electoral Commission office of the Kwahu South District of the Eastern Region.
Accompanied by the DCE for Kwahu South Mr. Emmanuel Atta Ofori snr. NPP Mpraeso Constituency Officers, Polling Station Officers, Electoral Area Coordinators as well teeming supporters all stormed the office of the Electoral Commission district office to give their moral support for Mr. Davis Ansah Opoku alias OPK.
The Returning Officer Mr. Cashmil Offei-Ansah received the forms on behalf of the commission at the Constituency level since the party in the headquarters has paid for the GHȼ10,000.00 bankers draft, the district EC has to receive the nomination forms on behalf of the commission.
In an interview with news men after the submission of the forms, Mr. Davis Opoku Ansah assured party faithfuls within the constituency that, the NPP will win massively for the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo and also retain the Mpreaso NPP seat coming December 7th 2020. He tasked the constituency, polling station officers and all members of the great elephant party to come together to embark upon house to house, door to door and room to room campaign to propagate the good works of the president.
Mr. Davis Ansah Opoku also appealed to the NPP in the Mpraeso Constituency to carry out a clean campaign devoid of insults to the masses since the NPP party stands for peace.
