NDC Hooligans taking inspiration from their lawless James Kofi Annan who is subject of Criminal trial for fraudulently appropriating Gh¢100,000.00 yesterday brutally assaulted David Nortey at the Dwoma Registration Center.
David Nortey popularly called Kwame Bulley, who is the NPP polling station Organiser for Price AME Zion Church polling station was helping to arrange chairs for the registration exercise when the NDC macho men stormed the center and started beating everyone.
The victim was given severe beatings by Kwesi Ghatuso, Kow Atortor, Kwabena Sumsung and other thugs who are yet to be identified.
The police in Effutu have been called upon to step up investigations into the development and arrest the hoodlums whose inspiration is to cause mayhem and disrupt the ongoing registration exercise in Effutu.
