Founder and leader of Breaking Yoke Ministry International, Prophet Cephas Kpegah Tamakloe, has called on the leadership of the State to as a matter of urgency take steps to change the Black Star in the nation’s flag to pave way for growth.
According to him, it was revealed to him that Ghana’s developmental challenges were due to the black star in the flag.
Addressing his congregation during a mega watch night service, the man of God indicated that “whenever I take time to pray for our nation, the message I persistently receives is that the black star in the flag, which is the main symbol of our identity has darkened our destiny and that until it is changed, Ghana would continue to move in circles without seeing the light of day.”
Prophet Kpega is the second man of God to have made same call. Ghanaians will recall that the founder and leader of the Life Assembly Worship Centre, Reverend Christian Kwabena Andrews (Kyiriabossom) said same thing early 2021.
He said Ghana as a country is held in bondage spiritually, and that the black star prevents us from shining the way God wants us to as a country.
According to him, God has been blessed the nation with all the necessary earthly blessing to succeed but our choice of national symbol placed darkness on us and so until we break that yoke by changing the flag, we will keep changing government, blame leaders and yet would not achieve the objective of bringing prosperity to the Ghanaian.
Prophet Kpegah as he is affectionately called is one of the most respected Church leaders in Ghana with a reputation of delivering accurate prophecies and performance of signs and wonders.
He believes the nation can only develop if the physical gatekeepers, who are the politicians and state actors work hand in hand with the spiritual gatekeepers, the prophets.
