DORiSA Consult has announced the 2nd Edition of its Monthly Business Advocacy Forum & Counseling Series, scheduled to take place live online on Wednesday, 9th September 2026 at 7:00 PM GMT.
Under the theme “Building Teams That Last: HR, Systems & Delegation for Sustainable Growth.” The forum will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, students and professionals to discuss practical strategies for building resilient teams and scaling businesses sustainably.
The forum addresses a critical challenge for many SMEs in Ghana: moving from founder-driven hustle to systems-driven growth through effective HR, delegation, and structure.
The event will be hosted by Dr. Doris Aryee, HR Practitioner, Business Advisor and Lead Consultant at DORiSA Consult.
Speakers for the 2nd Edition include:

Speaking ahead of the event, organizers say the session is designed to be practical, interactive, and counseling-focused, helping business owners diagnose team challenges and implement systems that work in the Ghanaian context.
