Dr. Osei Bonsu Dickson, currently Chief Legal Advisor at the Ministry of National Security and also National Coordinator of the United States – Ghana Security Governance Initiative (SGI) has been ranked No.3 globally and No. 1 on the African continent by Thinkers 360.
