The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has published its approved schedule of fees for 2026, outlining charges for a broad range of licensing and vehicle-related services.
The updated fee structure, announced by the Authority, covers services including driving licence conversions and upgrades, renewal and replacement of lost or damaged licences, issuance of new licences, accident reports, proficiency tests, and international driving permits.

Explaining the move, DVLA Chief Executive Officer Julius Neequaye Kotey said in a Facebook post on Thursday, February 5, that making the fees public is intended to keep citizens informed and strengthen transparency in the Authority’s operations.
The DVLA has also advised members of the public to adhere strictly to the approved rates and to access services only through DVLA offices and authorised centres, warning that this will help prevent irregular practices.
