Some aggrieved victims say they falls under Gomoa Central district but not under Effutu municipal.
Information gathered indicates that, the MCE lost a court case between the owner of the land last week Tuesday that provoked the MCE to conduct such exercise.
Owner of the land who doubles as a victim, Mustapha Ali Harun revealed that, the Assembly has been offloading Toilet on their Land with Memorandum of understanding so they stop the drivers from disposing Toilet on the land
Mustapha Ali indicates that, when they stop them the drivers, the MCE took them to Court and the Court dismissed the case on last week Tuesday.
In an interview with Adom news Mustapha Ali Harun says, Effutu MCE Alhaji Kasim Zubairu dispatch a team and alleged NPP party boy to go inn for their permit immediately he lost the case and, in the process, started demolishing innocent houses with Permit
Meanwhile some of landlords alleged that, the MCE has connived with Central Regional Lands Commission Chairman, Mr Danso and demolishing innocent people’s land and selling them to individuals and called on President Nana Addo and NPP government to interview else some MCEs, DCEs and some Party Boys are tarnishing the image of the party.
Furthermore, MCE for Effutu Municipal Assembly, Alhaji Kasim Zubairu also denied the allegations been levelled against him but says they went to that area but believed that, the demolishing exercise was done by dome Land Guards.
