The Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Bestlink Ventures Mr. Frank Kofi Lewi has been given the Power of Attorney to represent and act on behalf of the NiiArdeNkpa ‘We’ in all matters related to lands situate or lying and being at Tackieman(Tuba) in the Greater Accra Region.
In an affidavit dated 18th March 2015 issued under the hand of the Head of Family NiiAnsahSasraku and the acting Chief of NiiArdeNkpa Family……. Of Plerno, James Town.
It saids, as overlords of Kokrobite, Langma and Tackieman(Tuba) “we have committed Mr. Frank Lewi to perform all acts necessary for the release and proper management in all the landed interest of the Family as mentioned above.
The CEO of Bestlink Ventures is also to manage and deal in any lawful manner except to sell or alienate the proprietary interest of the Family.
He is also to institute on behalf of the NiiArdeNkpa ‘We’ herein mentioned legal proceedings against any trespassers of the said lands of the family,
It indicated that Mr. Lewi is also to “act in relation to all other matters concerning the sale of the said lands and to do all acts and things as fully and effectively in all respects as we ourselves could do if personally present.”
He is again expected to liaise with and engage lawyers, surveyors and agents whosoever for the purpose of securing the interest of the family properties.
