The New Crusading GUIDE gathered the Ministry of Health and the office of the Head of Civil Service, on16th of July, 2020, placed an advert in the Ghanaian Times inviting suitable qualified Ghanaians to fill vacant Management position in the ministry.
This was done and competitive process in accordance with the Public Service Recruitment Regulations and procedures. A detailed and defined criteria and requirements were stated in the advert.
Furtherance to that, the paper gathered, the Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Civil Service Council conducted interviews for the shortlisted applicants for the various positions between 12th and 16th October, 2020.
The convention is that, when PSC conducts an interview and made recommendations, the necessary security checks are made on the recommended applicants so barely a maximum of three months the result come out to enable the appointing authority issue the necessary appointment letters but not in this case.
The applicants are therefore imploring the Chief of Staff, Madam FremaOpare to“use your good office and motherly love and integrity to proof to the whole world that you’re not part of the concerted efforts to place ‘square pegs in round holes’ and that you do not condone corrupt practices.
