The presidential candidate of Ghana Union Movement Movement (GUM), Christian Kwabena Andrews popularly known as Osofo Kyiriabosom says he would increase the salaries of the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) by one hundred per cent should he voted into power within his first 100 days in office.
He said, his government would be a great beneficial to the good people of Ghana especially the teeming university graduates seeking to find jobs after completing their professional courses at the tertiary levels
Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) program is an NPP government initiative intended to address graduates unemployment to solve social problems.
However, speaking in an interview with press, the presidential candidate of Ghana Union Movement Christian K. Andrews said the program has failed to live up to expectation, saying it has been poorly managed due to its political administrative challenges.
The man of God who is seeking to lead Ghana in December polls reiterated his commitment of providing jobs for the youth by way of making NABCO program permanent with conducive remuneration packages.
Mr. Andrews was quick to say, that, there will be an opportunity for those who have been assigned to work with modules that are quite different from what he or she read or learnt in school to reverse to their preferred profession.
He thereafter took the opportunity to call on all eligible voters to cast their votes for Ghana Union movement in 7th December 2020 general polls. He said a vote for GUM presidential candidate and his parliamentary candidates is making a huge step of securing the future of our next generation.
