Management of Empire Builders Limited has described as unmeritorious and attempt to defraud them of their hard-earned money recent notice issued by the Nungua Stool for homeowners to atone tenancy to the Stool.
In a letter written to homeowners in Trasacco Valley signed by the Executive Chairman of Empire Builders Limited, Ernesto Taricone, Empire Builders Limited in the land at Trasacco Valley Phases I and II, stated that the land at Phase III belonged to Trasacco Estates Development Company Limited and was never part of the subject matter of the dispute.
He assured all homeowners that they would continue to do their best to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of their property at Trasacco Valley.

Dear Trasacco Valley Homeowners,
SPURIOUS CLAIMS OF OWNERSHIP TO LAND AT TRASACCO VALLEY PURPORTEDLY MADE BY THE NUNGUA STOOL
The attention of Empire Builders Limited has been drawn to the spurious claims of ownership to the land at Trasacco Valley purportedly made by the Nungua Stool based on the misapplication of the Supreme Court judgment dated 16th December 2020 in Empire Builders Limited versus Topkings Enterprises Limited and 4 others (Civil Appeal No. J4/10/2019), and to the threat of action against homeowners at Trasacco Valley for recovery of possession if they fail to attorn tenancy to the Nungua Stool.
We believe these unmeritous claims have been contrived to cause unnecessary apprehension amongst homeowners and to defraud them.
Please do not fall victim to fraud.
We wish to assure all homeowners of the rights, title and interest of Empire Builders Limited in the land at Trasacco Valley Phases I and II (the land at Phase III belongs to Trasacco Estates Development Company Limited and was never part of the subject matter of the dispute).
