Ghana First Company Limited, which entered into a Public-Private Partnership agreement with the MMDA’s to construct modern automated toilet facilities across all Metropolitan, Municipal and Districts Assemblies around the country in a Clean Ghana project, has signed $ 150 million financial agreement with its investors to continue and complete the projects.
From early 2019, the company came under serious criticism from its contractors for failing to pay them 60% of the contract sum. meanwhile the project is a Turn Key Project.
This development however, put the project on hold.
