Executive Chairman of the KGL Group, Alex Apau Dadey, has disclosed that the successes made by the group over the years has been the result of a good relationship with their clients.
He disclosed that the cordial relationship the company has developed with its partners is helping significantly transforming the operation of the Group.
Mr. Apau Dadey made this known when he delivered a speech as a guest speaker at the Ghana Female Summit held in Accra yesterday.
The summit was attended by a good number of high profile personalities and CEOs in the country, including Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Osei Opare.
He was optimistic that the group would continue to gain international recognition as far as relationship with their clients remained Paramount.
In ensuring that the group maintains and furthers its operations in a more important manner, Mr. Daddy said they have invested in a lot of research works.
“In our quest of helping to reduce Ghana’s unemployment rate, over Ninety-Five per cent (95%) of our staff are locals,” he disclosed.
Mr. Dadey also stated that technology has further played a significant role in helping the group to achieve its goals and objectives.
As a Diaspora Entrepreneur, Mr. Dadey expressed happiness about the role women have played when it comes to the development of the country.
“We must appreciate the efforts played by women across the globe when it comes to economic growth,” he disclosed.
