As the controversy surrounding homosexual activity rages in Ghana, the New Crusading Guide has gathered that among the Muslim community in Ghana, there is a case of one Musah Nabil, who is currently being persecuted from home by his community and family, as well as friends and members of his Muslim faith.
Narrating how his ordeal began, he told New Crusading Guide that on July 26, 2021, he met a friend at a youth camp who he took as a bisexual partner and brought him home.
As a staunch Muslim boy born and raised in an Islamic household and community where being a gay was never really talked about or accepted and legalized, so it was huge threat to him that he had to decide to flee for his dear life on account of the alarm raised and crowd that chased him out of town, together with his male partner.
Narrating his story, he said: “. I’ve always felt different, but I didn’t truly realize it until I was about 13 years old. I became conscious that I am bisexual when I was 15 years old since I had strong feelings for both genders. I got me scared and worried due to my religious background, family and friends, there was no way I was going to get to be myself.”

His friend who he said he met at a youth camp was handsome and so he couldn’t resist falling in love with him as the relationship became stronger and stronger till he couldn’t help, but give it to him. “He was so sweet and kind to me and was someone I wanted to end up with. My feelings for him kept getting stronger.
He explained that he was also scared to reveal this to anyone around him, knowing he would never ever get anyone around him to support him in this un-Muslim relationship.
As days turned into months and on and on, he admitted that he knew it could lead to danger and, possibly, ostracization and death.
One day, the friend and gay partner called him on phone, saying he would be coming to visit him. He gave the partner direction to his family house, and they chatted heartily. He then said they began to sense some mutual attraction, which eventually developed into a wonderful and deeper romance. The heat of the romance would turn into a climax and affair between man and man.
He said, while they were still in the heat of the romance, they got naked on the bed and he began sucking his cock.
“Just as I was starting to make his cock hard, a family member opened the door that we had forgotten to close. Immediately the family member saw us, he ran out of the room, shouting out for the whole of the compound and neighborhood to come see what we were doing,” he further narrated.
In no time, more and more community folk entered the compound house, wielding machetes and cudgels; and they began to beat the two young men.
Of course, there were local youth groups among the crowd who did not favour the beating and excessive threats. While such folk tried to intervene, demanding that the case be determined by the Ghana Police Service, instead of carrying out instant justice, the threat and assault, however, continued.
My partner and I were, however, able to escape from the hands of this heartless and wicked people. After the escape, he said he never kept in touch with the gay partner who had given indications that he also intended moving out of the country as soon as possible. Musah Nabil is currently in a hideout, New Crusading Guide gathered, from where he hopes that his tourist from Brazil named Carlos would be helping him get to Sao Paulo in Brazil.
Unfortunately, while the chase from home and his community, he leaves the life of a fugitive with little hope that he will find a place where he can live, work and enjoy life as a normal citizen rather than a criminal.
