…Create Tension For Land Buyers
Three persons claiming to be National Security Operatives, led by one Odoi Juuju-Yemo, a.k.a Cobra, who have sold lands to some people at Tse Addo, have turned to create an atmosphere of fear amid tension for the land buyers.
This paper has gathered that Managers of Dream Alive Company have purchased some portions of land from the said Odoi Juuju-Yemo and his gang with all payments as regards the sale of the land duly made but even though they are ready to develop the said land, the company cannot do so due to the tension the so-called land sellers have created around the their property.
Odoi Juuju-Yemo and his group of supposed ‘National Security’ operatives this paper has learnt are from the Lershie of Odoi Din family and reside in La in Accra and, have been selling peoples’ land at Tse Addo at the blind side of the rightful owners.
Meanwhile, Dream Alive Company Managers has revealed that the gang took money from their Director for the purchase of the said land and later planted what was described as black magic (juju) on the land, took videos of that and claimed the said ‘juju’ was planted on the land by the Director of the company; all in the scheme of preventing the new owners, Dream Alive Company from entering and developing the said land.
The matter however, was reported at the Chief’s Palace but nothing has so far been said regarding their escapades, which has left the company stranded as regards its projects on the land.
