The Strategy outlined by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to win the Ayawaso East Constituency Parliamentary seat in the Greater Accra Region in the December7 General Elections is gaining momentum as the party heightens its campaign activities in the area to promote Dr Mahamudu Bawumia , the flagbearer and Alhaji Zak Rahman, the Parliamentary candidate
Party executives and loyalists have enhance their door to door and street to street campaign to capture all the neutrals in the constituency as part of the campaign strategy
Alhaji Abubakar Suleman, a resident in the constituency in an interview eulogized the parliamentary candidate for promoting development in the constituency. “We have lived in the constituency with Rahman for years and truly know what he is capable of doing. We are therefore ready to elect him as our Member of Parliament (MP) in the December 7 elections”.
According to Alhaji Abubakar Sulemana, thousands of people, including the teeming youth in the area have benefitted immensely from the programs and initiatives of the NPP and Mr. Rahman as an individual.
For her part, Hajia Barikisu thanked the party’s executives for electing Mr. Rahman as the parliamentary candidate for the area and described him as the best person to represent the constituents in Parliament.
She declared that the electorates are prepared to vote massively for Alhaji Zak Rahman and the NPP in the December 7 general elections.
Responding the goodwill messages of his Constituents during a community football gala competition organized for the youth in the Ayawaso East Constituency, Zak Rahman thanked the good people of Ayawaso East for the confidence reposed in him and assured them that his tenure would be marked with transparent leadership.
Mr. Rahman was confident of winning the parliamentary seat and further increase NPP’s presidential votes in the elections. He describes himself as a decorative leader who cares much for the poor and does not discriminate.
“The NPP, over the past years in office has demonstrated its commitment to the development of Ghana. It is therefore important that Ghanaians retain the party in power to further its developmental agenda for the country” he stated.
The NPP Parliamentary Hopeful further pleaded with the people of Ayawaso East to vote massively for him and the NPP to continue with its developmental agenda in the area.
Hoping to be elected as MP, Zak Rahman plans to create jobs for the teeming youth in the area when he achieves his dream in 2025.
