Nana Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II, Chief of Bibiani and the occupant of the Aduana Royal Stool of Bibiani who is also the Krontihene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area on 8th of January, 2024 charged the Paramount Chief of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area who doubles as the President of the National House of Chiefs, Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II to set the records straight to ensure development of Culture, Customs and Tradition in Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area.
Nana Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II made this call after the enstoolment of Mr. Kwabena Obeng, alias Moro, as the caretaker Chief of Sefwi Pataboso and also Head of Family (Abusuapanin) of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area on 30th December, 2023, at Sefwi Pataboso . He was described during the occasion as “Head of Aduana Royal Family of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area”.
Nana Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II bemoaned that there is no such Aduana Royal Family members of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area who ascend to the Paramountcy rather the “ADUM” Royal Family members which consist of the 5 five lineages (Gates) of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area namely: Sefwi Pataboso, Sefwi Fahiakobo, Sefwi Ntakamu, Sefwi Subire and Sefwi Tanoso (Afarie).

The Krontihene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area who is also the Chief of Bibiani further emphasized that on 18th February, 1937, before the coronation ceremony of Nana Kofi Adjei IV as Omanhene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area could take place, the Paramountcy wrote to the then Governor of Gold Coast through the District Commissioner of Sefwi District at Wioso in the Western Province and indicated that, all the 5 lineages (Gates) were Adum Royal Family members.

- Oforiwaa – Chief Kofi Gyamfi, Sefwi Ntakam
- Okra kuma – Chief Kwabena Mintah, Sefwi Subire.
Nana Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II, stated that in 1987, the Obituary Notice of the late Nana Kwasi Tisnah III who was the Paramount Chief of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area described the entire bereaved Royal Family as Adum Royal Family members.
From the above information provided, it is not true and cannot be correct for anybody to state anywhere that the Royal Family of Pataboso and for that matter Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area could suddenly be metamorphosed to Aduana Royal Family as erroneously described in the print and electronic media to the whole world during the enstoolment of Mr Kwabena Obeng alias Moro as caretaker Chief of Sefwi Pataboso and Abusuapanin of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area.
The Krontihene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area charged Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II, the Omanhene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area and his entire Adum Royal Family to do the needful to glorify the images and the spirits of their beloved Ancestors, the living and for the benefit of generations unborn.
