The ‘Patriotic Agenda Pushers,’ a Volunteer Group of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has extended a congratulatory message to the President elect Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo – Addo and Member of Parliament elect of Anyaa Sowutuom, Dickson Adomako Kissi.
The Group which was formed ahead of the elections and adopted Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency has been very supportive of the New Patriotic Party’s “Agenda 4 More for Nana 2 Do More.”
The Founder of Patriotic Agenda Pushers, Mr. John Obiri Yeboah said the Group is enthused about the declaration made by the Electoral Commission (EC) and that the will of the people has been made manifest in the votes in favour of Nana Ado Dankwa Akufo-Addo as President and Dickson Adomako Kissi as MP for Anyaa Sowutuom.
He averred that the victory of His Excellency President Akufo-Addo is a victory for the entire nation and that the peaceful atmosphere that characterized the elections should be allowed to prevail after the declaration of the results.
He indicated that the group is confident that government projects will continue.
Mr. John Obiri Yeboah averred that the unprecedented Infrastructure Projects in SHS and Basic Schools, the One District One Factory policy, employment under NABCO, the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Job Creation in Cocoa sector, recruitment of Nurses , the NEIP Program, the Campus Business Pitch Programme and the Rural Enterprise Programme (REP) and the Free SHS Program must be given more and better boost and meaning in the second term of the NPP Government.
