He alleged that the management of the Brainsfield Company Limited, in cahoots with some former conveyances of the family, Nii Amo Dodoo and Stephen Amponsah Dodoo who have been officially disposed of their positions by the family and illegally selling their lands to enrich their individual pockets.
The Nii Dodoo Clottey Family member further alleged that one Yaa Boadi Agyemang, the head of Land Registration Department at the Lands Commission was also involved in the illegal activities of the encroachers.
“The Nii Dodoo Clottey Family is sounding a to the Lands Commissiib and the Lands Tittle Division of the Commission to walk out and desist from plotting any of the Nii Dodoo Clottey Family Lands in the name of Brainsfield Company Limited and other personalities,” he warned.

“We are warning that anyone who buys any land from Brainsfield Company Limited does so at his or her own peril, because the family will resist anyone who comes onto land with any documents from Brainsfield Limited. Anybody who wants to transact business with respect to the land must contact the Nii Dodoo Clottey Family Lands Secretariat at the Pokuase Palace,” Prince Dodoo disclosed.
For his part, Secretary of the of the Nii Dodoo Clottey Family, Albert Dodoo, called on the Inspector General of Police (IGP), the Greater Accra Regional Police Commander, the Amasaman Divisional Commander and the Pokuase District Police Commander to ensure that people who are illegally selling their family lands are dealt with.
“We make this submission as law abiding citizens, but we will not relent in our efforts to protect our lands by all necessary and legal means possible, so if Brainsfield Limited and other individuals continues selling our lands and there is any confrontation on our land then we will blame in on the security,” he stated.
