Thousands of top leading members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) keep falling in line to foist former Minister of Food and Agriculture, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto as the party’s next flagbearer for the 2024 general elections.
A seasoned NPP Political Activist, King Kwadwo Abubada made his pro-Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto stance public in a press statement on Saturday January 14, 2023
“As it stands now, the most well marketed individual in the NPP and under the President Nana Addo’s administration who has the capacity to connect with the party faithfuls and teeming grassroots is Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto,” he reaffirmed in his endorsement statement
According to him, Dr. Akoto,who is also a former Member of Parliament (MP) for Kwadaso Constituency-Ashanti Region, is now the focal point all are looking up to lead the New Patriotic Party to break the enviable eight ahead of us.
He stressed that “Let us all hold our hands together and rally behind Dr. Akoto because, he is the well experienced and intelligent gentle man to lead the party to achieving greatness.
