The chiefs of Akyem Muoso, Akyem Abekoase, and Akyem Moseaso Traditional areas in the Eastern Region have commended the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, and the current Police Administration for their unprecedented transformative leadership of the Ghana Police Service.

The chiefs expressed their commendation during the commissioning of three newly built Police Stations in their communities.
According to the chiefs, the Ghana Police Service has undergone a remarkable transformation under the current leadership, the first of its kind they have witnessed since independence. They stated that through friendly policing strategic interventions by the IGP and his team, policing has been brought closer to communities, ensuring more effective and efficient law enforcement.

The chiefs encouraged Dr George Akuffo Dampare and his management team to continue their exceptional work, expressing confidence in their ability to propel the Service to greater heights to become the best institution in the country and a benchmark for excellence across Africa and beyond.

Additionally, the traditional rulers urged the IGP and his team to remain focused on their goals and mission and not be distracted by few critics.
