The Chief of Kwabenya-Musukoo in the Ga East Municipality of the Greater Accra Region, Nii Tetteh Ofantse Dza Nyomo II, has urged Ga Traditional Leaders to bury their differences and unite to help promote development in the Ga State.
Nii Tetteh Ofantse Dza Nyomo II, who was recently installed as a chef in a colorful ceremony, expressed concern about lack of development in Ga Communities and indicated that the only way the Ga State could attain development would be through unity.
He disclosed challenges confronting the Ga State were emanated from the persistent rate of disunity and internal conflicts among traditional leaders.
The Musukoo Chief made this known during his visit to the Atukpai Mantse Palace.
He paid a working visit to the Palace of Nii Gonti Ajor to congratulate him for emerging victorious in legal issues within the royal family.
Nii Ofantse Dza Nyomo II assured Nii Gonti Ajor of his total support in his quest of instill discipline in Ga communities while promoting infrastructural development
He noted that the socio-economic challenges confronting the country can best be resolved should traditional leaders join forces to proffer solutions.
“There is a need to have a united front in order to address issues confronting the Ga State and chart a new path for development,” Nii Ofantse Dza Nyomo II said.
He further charged the chiefs to help unite all factions in a bid to drive development in the Ga State and the country at large.
On his part, the Atukpai Mantse who doubles as the Gbese Mankralo thanked the Musukoo chief for gracing the occasion and promised to liase with him to promote the development of their various traditional Areas.
