The illegal re-entry of En Huang into Ghana and her attempt to fraudulently aquire a new non-citizen identity card have triggered some level of skepticism, cynicism and mischief relative to her repatriation from the country in December 2018.
A high profile Member of Parliament, some prominent Security Analysts and media and social commentators have publicly asked for further and better particulars relative to the December 2018 repatriation of En Huang aka Aisha Huang.
It was/is against this backdrop of suspicions, doubt, skepticism and cynicism that the Research Desk of The New Crusading GUIDE decided to track the trajectory of the 2018 repatriation of En Huang from Accra to Guanzhou via Addis Ababa.
The following are the facts gathered by Our Research Desk:
*(1): The Ghana Immigration Service(GIS) in accordance with Section 20 (2) (a) of the Immigration Act, 2000, Act 573, formally revoked the permit of En Huang to remain in Ghana.
*(2): The Notice of Revocation of Permit and Repatriation dated 19th. December, 2018 was signed by the Comptroller-General Kwame Asuah Takyi, and served on En Huang in accordance with law. (A copy of the Notice is published on the front page of today’s edition of The New Crusading GUIDE).
*(3): Also published in this edition, is the Ethiopian Airlines’ Itinerary with Reservation Number WCCRBX which indicates the trajectory of En Huang’s flight from Accra to Guanzhou via Addis Ababa.
*(4): The Itinerary under reference, shows that En Huang aka Aisha Huang, departed Accra on Flight No. 920 at 12: 20.
*(5): Her Boarding Pass dated 19th. December, 2018 had the following details:

*Flight No. ET 920
*Seat No. 32F
*Gate: C7
*Class: L, Economy (Booking Code: WCCRBX)

*(7): Additional Details per the Itinerary/Reservation Order show that En Huang departed Addis Ababa on Flight No. ET 606 (Economy Class) on 19th. December, 2018 at 23: 45.

*PS: Our sources at the Ghana Immigration Service(GIS) intimated to us that the country’s “Deportation/Repatriation/Removal” procedures require that the Immigration Service which is responsible for removals of foreign nationals who break our laws, hand over the removal documentation to the airline/carrier to be handed over to the Immigration institution on the other side.
“That’s standard practice internationally. In most cases, the Embassy of the national in question assists the Immigration Authorities and also ensures that the necessary consular services are extended to the said national. In the case of the subject in question (EN HUANG), the standard practice and procedures were applied”, emphasized our highy-placed sources at the GIS.
“We must clarify that in cases where the deportees are many and could cause problems for the airline or carrier, escorts go with the deportees. Similarly, in cases where the deportee is violent or has the potential of being violent, escorts also accompany. Having said that, in cases where the deportees, are not a danger to other passengers, the practice has always been to hand them and their documentation to the airline/carrier to be handed over to the Immigration Authorities on the other side”.
