An Accra High Court has granted an Order for Substituted Service to be served on Nana Yaw Duodu and Goldridge Ghana Limited in Suit no. GJ/1207/2021.
The two Defendants are K to be served with the Writ filed against them by Ayuba Iddrisu and Abu Zein (Plaintiffs).
In view of the difficulty the Clerks are having in serving the Defendants in person, the Court upon reading the affidavit of Elorm Gorni, a Law Clerk with the Law Firm Crown Legal Bureau, on behalf of Plaintiff/Appelant filed on March 2, 2022 in support of an Application Motion Ex-parte for an Order for substituted service, granted same.
The Court thereby ordered that the Writ of Summons and the Statement of Claim filed on 29 July, 2021 together with the order be served on the 1st and 2nd Defendants.
