The family of the late Ahmed Suale, an undercover journalist with Tiger Eye PI, who was dastardly murdered on 16th January 2019, while driving home, has rebuffed as blatant falsehood Assin Central Member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong’s assertion that he ever paid the late journalist school fees.
“It is preposterous to hear Kennedy Agyapong’s claim of paying the school fees of our late brother. We are very saddened by this comment and wish to state unequivocally that Kennedy Agyepong has never paid any school fees of our late son and brother; and we dare him to produce any evidence to that effect,” Ibrahim Kamilu Tahidu, who speaks for the family stated,
In a press release dated 1st February, 2023, the family spokesman warned the MP to “henceforth desist from using our brother’s name for his political mileage.”
The statement continued “What we, and the entire world know is the fact that Kennedy Agyepong published the identify of our late brother, Ahmed Suale, on his Net2 TV and further asked his thugs to harm him whenever they see him which eventually resulted in the gruesome murder of our brother and son.”

PRESS RELEASE/RESPONSE TO KENNEDY AGYEPONG’S CLAIM OF PAYING AHMEND SUALE’S SCHOOL FEES
The attention of the family of Ahmed Suale has been drawn to a Ghanaweb 1st February, 2023 online publication wherein Kennedy Agyapong is quoted to have said on Metro TV’s ‘Good Evening Ghana’ that he once paid the school fees of our late brother Ahmed Suale.
It is preposterous to hear Kennedy Agyapong’s claim of paying the school fees of our late brother. We are very saddened by this comment and wish to state unequivocally that Kennedy Agyapong has never paid any school fees of our late son and brother; and we dare him to produce any evidence to that effect.
What we, and the entire world know is the fact that Kennedy Agyapong published the identify of our late brother, Ahmed Suale, on his Net2 TV and further asked his thugs to harm him whenever they see him which eventually resulted in the gruesome murder of our brother and son. Kennedy Agyapong should henceforth desist from using our brother’s name for his political mileage.
We therefore call on all well-meaning Ghanaians, and the entire world to treat his mischievous comments with the contempt they deserve.
Thank you.
IBRAHIM KAMILU TAHIDU
