The New Crusading GUIDE’S follow-up on what was earlier reported to be a fake disclaimer by Lakeside State, an award-winning real estate developer, on another company- Net 36 Vista, owners of Lakeside Village- has revealed the disclaimer is not fake after all.
Management members of the company, who want to be anonymous have told this paper that issuing the disclaimer was a management decision, not Kalmoni’s and that it was necessary to protect the Lakeside Estate brand from being tainted.
The disclaimer sated inter alia that, “The management of Lakeside Estate wishes to inform the general public and prospective customers of Lakeside Estate that the said Lakeside Village is not and does not form part of Lakeside Estate and the said townhouses are not situated at Lakeside Estate.”
“We have done the same disclaimer in other online news portals and the only motive is to protect our brand against any occurrence now, in the not too distant future or in the future. We needed to make the difference between our company and that of the other clear,” he told this paper in a telephone interview.
Lakeside Estate has over 20 years of business experience in the real estate industry and has been awarded several awards for good business practices over time.
In the face of the reality, the New Crusading GUIDE wishes to apologize to Mr. KwekuKalmoni for any inconvenience the story might have caused him.
