Member of Parliament-in-waiting for the Nkoranza North Constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Jacqueline Boatemaa Bonsu, has donated a 4×4 Pickup vehicle to the constituency in the Bono Region.
That was not all, the MP aspirant also financed about 80% of the building of the party’s office complex.
Jacqueline Boatemaa Bonsu made the donation during the commissioning of the constituency’s Ultra-Modern Office Complex at Busunya over the weekend.
Later in an interview with the media, Jacqueline Boatemaa Bonsu, explained that she was led to donate the vehicle and also support the construction of the office facility after closely working with the party over the years, which made her aware of the logistical challenges facing the NPP in the area.
“Initially, the party at the constituency level complained of not having motorbikes to facilitate movement and I purchased some bikes for the party. Even in the construction of this new ultra-modern party office, I can confidently say about 80% of the funding came from me and after Chairman Amofa had ensured that the building was completed successfully, I told myself once we’re done with putting up this building, I needed to buy the office a car to facilitate its work. I’ll supply many other logistics to the party as time goes by,” she assured
She, therefore, urged the party delegates to vote massively for her during the party’s parliamentary primaries and eventually vote for her to represent them in parliament, adding that she would work very hard to develop the area when that honour is done her.
