The Germany Branch of the New Patriotic Party is set to host the second lady, Her Excellency (H.E) Samira Bawumia for the first time in the history of the Branch.
The Youth Wing, led by Mrs Ruth Lindenberger is organising a youth summit which is focused on entrepreneurship. The summit dubbed “Entrepreneurship for Nation Building – Opportunities and Challenges for the Diaspora Youth” commences today,-24th through to 26th March 2023- at the German city of Saarbrucken.
In partnership with the Afrikanische Studienrende Gemeinde der Universität Saarland, the event is billed to bring together young and enthusiastic Ghanaians in the diaspora and policymakers to discuss investment opportunities and procedures in Ghana.
Also in attendance will be the CEO of the National Youth Authority, Pious Ahadzide, former General Secretary of the Party, Kwabena Agyapong, Deputy Minister for Finance, John Kumah, amongst others.
Former President Kufuor is expected to deliver a speech remotely on the foundations and ideologies of the New Patriotic Party. Other speakers include Ghana’s Ambassador to Germany, HE Gina Blay, National Youth Organiser, Salaam Mustafa.
