Further and better particulars sourced from statutory record bearers through police investigations have borne out John Nutifafa Geraldo, Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Geron Investment Trading Company Limited(GITCL) as the true owner of the parcel of land situate at Haatso over which a sitting Supreme Court Judge(name withheld) is also allegedly laying claim to without documents.
There has actually been an ongoing tussle between the Judge and the Investment Trading Company in the last couple of years resulting in all manner of threats until the latter lodge official complaint/petition with the police for thorough investigations to ascertain the valid and true owner of that contested parcel of land.
In a petition addressed to the Regional Criminal Investigations Department, GITCL had stated that he had actually invited the police to arrest some three guys believed to be landguards who attempted to develop portions of his land only for the investigations to lead to another squatter with a container placed on the edge of the land also claiming she was put there by the Supreme Court Judge under the impression that he(judge) owned that land.

Petitioner(GITCL) submitted his Land Title Certificate and Building Permit from Ga East Municipal Assembly to the Police to authenticate his claim to the property.
A certain Joseph Azor Akanyachab who also claimed ownership of the same land mentioned his source of ownership as the Supreme Court Judge but failed to produce any Land Document to the Police for investigations.
However, the police investigation actually confirmed that in the year 2019, Geron Investment and Trading Company Limited purchased that parcel of land at Haatso from Nii Okwei Kinka Dowuona of Osu Stool and registered the land.
Again, a Police searched conducted at Lands Commission also revealed that the land was not State Land and was leased from the Osu Stool to Geron Investment and Trading Company Limited LLC on 24/12/2019 and affected by Land Certificate Number GA72223.
In the face of all these facts and documents, there are still telephone conversations in the background purporting subtle intimidations.
