Questions Bank GH has launched its website www.questionsbankgh.com to address the past question needs of BECE and WASSCE candidates online.
This website is designed to help final year BECE and WASSCE students have access to examination past questions online to equip them for their final examination.
The materials on the website were directly obtained from the West African Examination Council (WAEC) and were compiled with the express consent of the council.
The questions bank website user interface is very friendly and easy to navigate through. It enables students to take a test now, that is help users to take part in live exam papers and evaluations. The website also allows users to see all examiners’ paper review and provide users to see all questions and answers for past exam sessions.
To navigate the website students are required to register a fee of twenty (Ghc 20) Ghana cedis. The website also allows for individual and group (school) sign-up. The questions bank website has a list of past examination questions on different subjects.
Speaking at the launch of the Website, Daina Oppong Mensah, Director for Questions Bank GH, said in the 21st century, contemporary practical knowledge require that we do things in an effective and efficient manner.
“The advancement of online applications has made life easier and convenient. In the past reading and learning could only take place in the library and classroom and with the use of hard copy learning materials. Today these things have migrated online and made learning even more fun for students and teachers. It is this same philosophy that underpins and births the about-to-be-launched questions bank website.”
He said the website provides services that allow parents, schools, teachers and students to enjoy suiting web database resources that ensure real-life feed and interaction between the users and the website.
It also allows users to have access to BECE and WASSCE past questions online. It also allows users to have access to examiner reviews and remarks on what expectations are required from candidates when sitting for their final year examination.
The website has vlogs, pictures and text resources that allow candidates and students to have access to learning materials to help them adequately prepare for their final year examination. The site also allows students to take a test within a time frame after which one receives their score immediately after answering the questions to the test and answers provided afterwards.
The website interface requires one to register in order to have access to the past questions for a fee of twenty Ghana cedis for individuals and a discount for groups and schools wishing to register on behalf of their students.
To navigate the question bank website users are required to enter their individual details that capture their names, email addresses, school and token in order to sign up.
